UFO

I don't know what UFO stands for in the quilting world but I know it means, unfinished.  When I started quilting a few years ago, I wondered how anyone would have a quilt that they don't finish.  I learned there are a lot of reasons.  Here are pictures of my UFO's along with my "excuse"  why I haven't finished yet.  I plan to link up my projects to Adrianne's Blog, At the Windy Side. Click here to learn more about her "Finish Along."

I made this one for a special person.  It's too large to FMQ (free motion quilt) so I'm waiting to get it long-armed.

I saw this pattern and decided to try it out on a baby quilt.  I liked the pattern so much that I quickly started another version of it, pictured below.

I ordered fabric for the sashing so I'm waiting for it to arrive.

I plan to free motion this log cabin using a template with white thread in the white area and black thread in the black.  I have to work up the courage to start.

I have to finish this one with a free motion design but I haven't found one that I want to use yet.
